Judicial DNA Examination for Paternity or Kinship
Judicial DNA testing to determine paternity or kinship is carried out strictly based on a court order. To initiate the procedure, an official referral from the court to our laboratory is required.
Sample collection can take place:
– directly at the courthouse
– or at a partnered medical facility
Important: Biological material for judicial examination must be collected only by an authorized person with mandatory identification of all participants.
Upon completion of the analysis, an official document — an Expert Report — is issued and sent directly to the court by our laboratory.
Pre-trial DNA Examination
If you wish to conduct a DNA test on your own initiative, but plan to use the results in court later, the procedure must be documented as a pre-trial examination.
In this case:
– Sample collection must be performed by personnel of a medical organization or an authorized legal/expert entity
– All participants must undergo mandatory identification with documented proof of identity
After the analysis is complete, you will receive an official document — a Specialist’s Report — which may be accepted by the court as evidence, provided all the above conditions are met.
